PROJECT BRIEF
The task involved choosing an age group and brainstorming issues faced by them.
Duration - 5 weeks
The age group that was finalized was 19-25 because it resonated with me, and it's a pivotal transitional phase in a person's life. This period marks a significant shift from the carefree, callous attitude to a more responsible, mature, and a serious perspective. Every decision is taken with much scrutiny because it would have a lasting impact on their life.
The issue chosen was ‘Identity crisis’
SYMPTOMS
Lost & aimless - the mirror maze as a whole portrays the feeling of being lost from the rest of the world
Anxiety - The broken glass in the mirror maze represents the restlessness and anxious feelings one would feel.
Uncertainty and confusion - convex and concave mirrors distort your body proportions making you feel insecure.
Isolation - The one-way mirrors used on the periphery make the users feel disconnected from the outside world, since they can see what’s going on outside but the people on the outside can’t see inside.
